Chandra Asri is Indonesia's premier petrochemical plant incorporating world-class, state-of-the-art technology and supporting facilities. At the heart of Chandra Asri lies the Lummus Naphtha Cracker producing high quality Ethylene, Propylene, Mixed C4, and Pyrolysis Gasoline (Py-Gas) for the Indonesian as well as regional export markets. Besides the Naphtha Cracker plant, Chandra Asri has integrated Polyethylene and Polypropylene production facilities incorporating two world-class technologies. Four Unipol reactors are designed by Union Carbide: one reactor is capable of producing both Linear Low and High Density Polyethylene resins; the other three reactors are capable of producing a variety of Polypropylene resins. The fifth reactor uses Showa Denko KK of Japan's revolutionary Bimodal High Density Polyethylene technology. These two world-class technologies combine to produce a range of Polyethylene resin grades to meet the majority of Polyethylene demand in Indonesia.
To ensure continuous production, Chandra Asri has on-site power generation with capacity in excess of normal production requirements. In addition, Chandra Asri has connection to PLN as a back-up power source. The site also has desalination plant and water treatment facilities to produce feed water and highly purified water for use in the cooling system, tank farm, and jetty. Chandra Asri fully owns 2 subsidiaries: PT Styrindo Mono Indonesia (SMI) and PT Petrokimia Butadiene Indonesia (PBI).

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Conduct intensive pre- and after-sales supports (technical assistance, in-house training, assistance, customer’s profile, and report) for General Injection Molding customers to maintain a close and mutual relationship between company and customer.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plan and conduct a routine visit to General Injection Molding customers
- Receive and handle General Injection Molding customer complaints on company’s products at any time and have the complaints resolved immediately, follow up on a recorded negative feedback -either through a telephone call or by making an impromptu/routine visit- to any customer experiencing product quality or other issues and coordinate with related departments in finding the root cause of a problem, and provide the technical solutions in accordance with customer expectations.
- Conduct training and educate customers through seminars/presentations about the products and its application technology to broaden customer’s knowledge and ensure the proper product usage.
- Conduct coordination meeting regularly to ensure product quality, new application prospects, and other latest information.
- Control schedules of Material Development trial and new and existing applications by preparing sample and collaborating with respective departments to ensure sample products are delivered according to agreements and as scheduled for trial by the customer.
- Conduct a trial with the customer by providing process guidelines to the new or existing customers.
- Create a breakthrough in promoting new products, help and give new ideas to company in making improvements and changes to the existing product, and assist Technical Service & Product Development (TSPD) in developing new product applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree / Master Degree Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
- Have an experience 1-5 years working experience in similar job or experience in polyolefin industry and injection molding will be preffered
- Have knowledge in injection molding and extrusion
- Have a good negotiation & communication skill
- Fluent in English both spoken & written
- Proficient using computer application (Ms. Office)
- Having growth mindset, fast learner & early adaptive

3. Trade Operations Officer
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor all payments of bank account and request its fax receipt. Match the receipt evidence with the numbers in the system and input to the SAP per each customer and each invoice.
- Monitor and inform Sales person upon receipt of any payment from customers to enhance delivery of product/goods (recorded in SAP).
- Inform sales person/ customer regarding opening of SKBDN and follow it up to the bank. After receiving copy of SKBDN, request Sales person about related Sales Order and issue FIN-DOC for delivery of products/goods. Check wording of Invoice and Delivery Order and prepare its paper work manual. After receiving invoice, prepare Bank Draft according to the content of SKBDN and get it signed by GM. Submit all the required documents to bank and follow up payment from customer.
- Conduct supervision of AR current balance. Inform Sales person upon any overdue payment for conducting billing or cancellation of product/ goods delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree from relevant background
- Have minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant area
- Good command in English
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of UCP 600 and PBI
- SAP experience is a plus
- CDCS certificate is a plus
