Jago AutoCAD - PT Tata Udara Nusantara was established on September 2002 under Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. PT TUN is a company with vast experience in HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractor for many business sector, such as oil and gas, power plant, petrochemical, and mining in Indonesia.  Our service is a complete package include Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

1. HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prepare, monitor, and review Engineering documents in accordance with the Engineering schedule of each project.

Job Description:

• Design HVAC system based on Basic Engineering Design Data from Client by using ASHRAE standard to achieve room design condition.
• Selecting AC unit and other accessories based on company’s standard and requirements.
• Design layout for indoor & outdoor AC unit placement, ducting placement, piping, electrical line, etc.

Minimum Qualifications Engineering :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics)
• Preferably graduated from POLBAN, ITB, or other famous university
• First Graduate or having 2 – 3 years of experience as HVAC Engineer.
• Capable to conduct HVAC Cooling Load Calculation using Carrier HAP Software
• Required Skills : Air Conditioning System with HVAC Duct, Plumbing System, Commissioning of Air Handling Unit, Microsoft Office, and Auto Cad.
• Able to communicate both oral and written in English.

2. Project Control

Job Responsibilities:

• Documentation, monitoring, and reporting progress project timeline.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must process at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics).
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Construction Industry is required for this position.
• Required skills: Able to make report using Ms. Project and Excel.
• Able to communicate both oral and written in English.

3. Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that a construction project is complete on time, within budget, and in quality.

Job Description

• Prepare weekly and monthly report to Project Manager
• Supervise and manage all site team including subcontractor activities
• Monitoring budget and cost on site
• Track and monitor project progress

Minimum Qualifications

• Male, max 35 years old
• Having 5-10 years of experiences as a Site Manager in HVAC Contractors
• Bachelor degree in Technic (Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Physics)
• Understand the HVAC System (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent leadership skills and problem solving skills
• Physically fit and excellent medical record
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
