Established in 1984, PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (“Apexindo”/ “Company”) is the only Indonesian drilling contractor with offshore and onshore drilling capacity for the oil and gas, geothermal and coal bed methane industries. With its high quality and highly maintained fleet of six offshore rigs (2 jack-up and 4 swamp barges) and eight onshore rigs, Apexindo has been drilling for clients which include some of the largest international and domestic energy companies, such as Total E&P Indonesie, Chevron, Pertamina, VICO Indonesia, and Santos.

In 2002, to support the business expansion strategy, Apexindo had listed its shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In 2009, the Company performed a voluntary delisting related to Capital Market regulations pertaining to chain listing. In June 2013, Apexindo successfully relisted its shares at IDX with APEX as its ticker. In 2014, Apexindo successfully renewed three of its certification systems, settled Apexindo Pratama Duta II Year 2009 Seri B IDR Bonds, merged with its holding company, PT Apexindo Energi Investama, and welcomed the newly-built jack up rig, Tasha.
We are looking for qualified candidates for the position below:
1. HR Operation Staff (Balikpapan)
Jobdesc:
- Provide technical advice related to HR aspects for Rig Personnel.
- Resolve and handle all personnel disputes and problems.
- Administer medical provider matters.
- Prepare all HR related reports to Head Office and local government as required.
- Control and monitor all database of Labor Supply related to operation such as: CV, MCU, training etc.
- Administer all formalities document related to Expatriates.
- Assist and provide tender preparation related with HR matters.
- Dealing with other operational related external parties such as travel agent, hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Having 3 – 5 years of experience in related field in oil & gas or mining industry
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
2. Legal & Compliance Officer
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of corporate law, experience in law firm will be a plus
- Preferable experience in mining and energy sector
- Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa
